I know the family Sawiris personaly very well included Samih, also I
have around 11 years of experiance with his company Orascom Hotels and
Developement, please if you are looking for it to do any bussiness
with this man, than be aware that he is not realy that what he claims
to be, the man is unstable, has devorced his wife for a younger south
american girl, and changes his mind depending on hwat people manage to
wispher in his ears on the right moment.
The man does not keep his word, also depending on what will be more
convenient for him.
If you would like to verify this man, I can give you the following
advice, go to El Gouna on holidays and talk with people who are in El
Gouna for more than 2 years, people who their own bussinesses and
people who own real estate in El Gouna, they will also come with
different stories, after this make your plan as you will know if you
will be able and willing to deal with this man and his company
Orascom.
After 11 years being in El Gouna we have closed and left a very
successfull bussiness in El Gouna, of which his mother, his wife, his
kids, his sisters in law, where very regular customers, due to the
fact that his company management has distroyed our bussiness totaly
and he himself was not willing although of all his promisses in the
past years to involve himself and to set the things right.
