CGU Finance Club Meeting on 11/4 Canceled

[CGU Finance Club]

The CGU Finance Club Meeting scheduled this week for Thursday,
November 4th is being canceled. We apologize to those members who
were planning on attending.

Our next club meeting will be on Thursday, November 18th from 5:30 -
6:30 pm in Burkle 16 and we will be joined by Jeff Speakes, CFA. Mr.
Speakes is currently the President of Kern Economics and was
previously the Chief Economist at Countrywide Financial Corporation.
Mr. Speakes also used to teach finance and economics at CGU. We will
also be holding elections if necessary during this meeting for those
interested in leadership positions in the CGU Finance Club beginning
next semester. There have already been several people who have
expressed interest and if you would like to learn more about these
opportunities please reply to this e-mail or contact Ryan Ranson at
ryan....@cgu.edu.

Our final club meeting of the semester will be on Thursday, December
2nd from 5:30 - 6:30 pm in Burkle 16 and we will be joined by Joe
Lumarda ('00) from Capital Group. During this meeting we will also
award prizes for the top performers in the investment competition and
introduce the new leadership team.
