I can't seem to get these booklets under around $20 each. That INCLUDES freight.

Hi Jason,

I've looked at quite few of the online printing sites and for the size of our proposed publication, we are looking at approx $40.00 per copy at best. If William Hall can do $20 per copy that is fantastic.

How many boys do we have playing Rugby (I.e how many copies?).

We discussed this at the last Committee Meeting but didn't agree/decide how much we are willing to spend.

I have request to go out to each of the teams to collect season reports, photo's etc but unless we determine what our budget is, it is a moot point.

Committee - any thoughts on budget bearing in mind what want to spend on the Long Room Kitchen and possibly the gym/weights room.

Treas - what can we afford?

I would work on 300 copies - 190 Senior and 80-odd Junior.

Have a few spare for coaches managers etc.

That is $6000.
