Dear Rugby Committee,
At the meeting tonight it was decided that we needed to meet very
soon to vote in a new President for the remainder of 2013 following
the resignation of Kevin Burdette.
As Acting Secretary on this occasion, I am informing you all that
there will be a brief meeting at
12 NOON
Saturday JUNE 15
Long Room (Grandstand Enclosed Room)
to
Nominate
and Vote for President for the remainder of this year until the AGM 2013
(This is a home game for most teams this Saturday, but not all teams)
The Vice President, Chris Davis will conduct this meeting.
It would be good to send nominations to group email on what will be a busy day.
If you cannot make the meeting you may consider sending someone with your proxy.
