I can only advise you on the CGRateS side. You can find most of the routing strategies we support in this folder:

Regarding OpenSIPS, you should configure it to ask for RouteS in the authorization stage and then you will receive all of the routes comma separated in one variable. You can then process them in a while (or something similar) and extract the route IDs. These IDs you can use them as groupID or gatewayID (depending on the function you use to do routing in OpenSIPS drouting module.
