Rating Plan or Account Not Found CGRateS Crashed & Restart

Hi,

When using CGRateS v0.11.0~dev-20250121183033-c171937c3d8e with Asterisk v20.10.0, CGRateS crashes and restarts if the Rating Plan or Account is not found.

Attached the log.

Hi Asoka,

Could you please open a GitHub issue with the same logs attached? It will be easier for us to track it there and provide updates on any fixes that may be needed.
