All the faculty members and students are requested to remain present on given date (as per attachment) as we have arranged department wise photo session for final year students.
So kindly come with college uniform and formal shoes (black). (well ironed and washed).
All the faculty members and students have to wear the same uniform as we have to maintain uniformity.
The photo session will start from 10:00AM.
Venue: Selfie Point, Applied Science Department, as per the enclosed schedule.
Classes shall be conducted as per Time Table except that period during which group photo shall be taken.
All the department faculties are therefore requested to cooperate for the smooth conduction of the session.
Note: Only those Students who will remain present on Photo Session day, will get group photo on the day of Convocation.
