Dear students,

All final year students are informed to remain present on 4th April 2015 in uniform for their group photo without fail. The copy of respective group photo shall be given to each student at the time of convocation while awarding degree.

Also, come with your demo of your project and consult your guide for the same. This carries internal marks.

Your 2nd project presentation is scheduled on 28th and 29th April 2015. Detailed schedule will be conveyed soon.

For industrial training project report preparation, you can consider your work carried out till 30th April 2015.

In case, if any students have bond with the company for 6 months or so, you may continue your training but kindly request company official to give you relaxation in work for 15 days to prepare report and final university exam. For rest of the students, consider your training till 30th April 2015.

Your final presentation (UTU external exam) will be in 3rd/4th week of May 2015 tentatively.

Main-while, you need to prepare the project report and presentation. Detailed report format will be given to you soon. 

For those students who are working on multiple projects/modules, please do not worry about the project title.
