Template of Industrial Training Report

Dear all,

Hereby, I've attached the format of your Industrial Training Report(Including - Title Page, Certificate, main report template), kindly find the attachment, and follow the same for preparing your report.

In addition, you have to add two documents in your report as,

1. Industrial Training Certificate (It should contain - Duration of your training and your role in industry)

2. Company Profile (It should contain - Industry's area of working, Industry Logo, etc.)

You have to take minimum three copies of your report. (From which, two Main Report copies will be submitted to department and one individual copy per student)
