Write Up of AM CSR vacancy

HDFC Life strongly believes in enhancing the social movement in the country and is moving towards a self sustaining and independent structure. The pride in seeing fruition of its social responsibilities has seen the growth of “Swabhimaan”. The various initiatives include promotion of education, youth empowerment and ‘green’ practices. The movement, although nascent, is a rapidly growing one, largely through enthusiastic employee participation in diverse projects across the country.

Given the increased scope and the growing number of socially aware Indians, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work with us as Assistant Managers.

The incumbents would be required to:
·        Create awareness and involvement of internal & external stakeholders in the company’s CSR initiative.
·        Coordinate, drive & communicate corporate social responsibility programs and whistleblower activities for the company.

Those who choose to be a part of our endeavour:
·        Would be directly in CSR program delivery; liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of CSR initiatives.
·        Communicate and co-ordinate effectively with CSR Champions across departments.
·        Contribute ideas to promote and communicate volunteerism across HDFC Life Design and manage communications of Swabhimaan Initiative.
·        Manage the CSR updates on the official website, intranet and MyLife.
·        Report writing and video documenting of all events.

The incumbents would also work to:
·        Coordinate for actions towards ‘Prevention & redress of sexual harassment at workplace’ process
·        Coordinate with HR and other stakeholders to ensure that investigation and documentation of whistleblower complaints are completed.
·        Would be accountable from the start to the finish in the effective resolution of whistleblower issues – with great amount of objectivity.
·        Do initial checks of all investigation reports to ensure that complaints have been addressed and action points have been suggested accordingly.
