Dear Dr Swapan Garain, 

Allow me to introduce our foundation, India Vision Foundation  (IVF) was born in the year 1994 out of the prestigious Ramon Magsaysay Award that was conferred on the first lady IPS Officer of India, Dr. Kiran Bedi for her reforms in Tihar Prison during her tenure as IG (Prisons) in 1994. Our NGO based and headquartered in New Delhi and is committed to rebuild the lives of the imprisoned and those whose families have a history of incarceration from Central Prison, Tihar Jail. Our primary objective is to provide our target population (children, women and other adults)  with social skills, vocational training and ample opportunity, increasing their employability and enabling their smooth transition to becoming ‘mainstream’.

We are currently looking for someone to fill a position at our NGO.  I am enclosing some details of our requirements below :

Position  - Project Manger, Bhondsi Prison Project

Essential Academic Qualification:

Graduation in Social Sciences or related field.

MSW or Masters in Criminology

      
      The position is based out of Delhi 

      Our requirement is of a FEMALE applicant

      Proficiency in Hindi and English 

      Strong writing and communications skills

      It is desired that the Candidate has a valid drivers license and can drive.
