“This year, retirees will have an opportunity to purchases tickets subsidized by D7 MWR for the CG sponsor, spouse and dependents that have dependent ID cards. To purchase tickets at the reduced rate of $5 a ticket, please send an email to cgrcmia...@gmail.com not later than 1600, 28 July 2019 with your name and the number of tickets you want to purchase. I will send you back an acknowledgement that I received your request. Tickets will be picked up and paid for at the Retiree Council table at the picnic from 1000-1230 on 2 August. Tickets for guests and grandchildren will be available at $10. This is still a savings as the actual cost is $18 a ticket. Those personnel that RSVP for tickets who do not show up will be asked to send a check to MWR for $10 per ticket because food was obligated for them. No tickets will be sold at the door.
Key points are who is handling ticket sales for retirees; the cost for guests; the deadline for requesting tickets for this event and that tickets will not be sold at the event.”
