Ldap user not able to change own passowrd

Hi friends

I am facing a problem my ldap user not able to  change there own password on ldapclient
i have already added password policy
also use attribute pwdAllowUserchange True
but still the problem is same



ricky@corp210:~$ passwd
(current) LDAP Password:
New password:
Retype new password:
Insufficient access
passwd: Authentication token manipulation error
passwd: password unchanged



my server is on centos 6.4
and clients on ubuntu 10.04 and 7.04
