If you are an early stage entrepreneur in Internet & Mobile domain – working on innovative idea, business model or technology – at prototype, product or user acquisition stage - iAccelerator is the program for you.
 
iAccelerator is India’s first Internet & Mobile Accelerator. It is a mentorship-based three-month long residential program designed to accelerate startup’s growth by providing investment (5-10 Lacs in return of equity), infrastructure and business mentoring support to selected startups.
 
·       iAccelerator is an initiative of Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship at IIM-Ahmedabad
·       Since its inception in 2009, the program has successfully run three batches and supported 26 startups
·       5 iA Angel Investors invest alongside CIIE and play active role in mentoring iA startups
·       20+ years of experience in technology investment and mentoring between iA team and angel investors
·       Leading Indian and global angels as investors in iAccelerator portfolio companies
·       Strong community of Alumni startups
 
iAccelerator 2011 Achievements
·       Received and evaluated ~300 applications, Selected 9 best startups
·       2 startups from Germany also took part
·       Star entrepreneurs like Deep Kalra (Makemytrip), Sanjeev Bikhchandani (naukari.com) visited iA2011 startups
·       Rajan Anandan, MD, Google India, interacted with iA2011 startups
·       Tata Communications provided cloud computing support as Program Partner
·       25+ mentors spent time with iA2011 startups during the boot camp; with 8 of them staying over for 2 days to work closely with them
·       Interaction with 40+ investors during the boot camp and on the demo day; from across the value chain, including IAN, Mumbai Angels, Sequoia, Cannan, Accel, Seedfund, amongst others.
·       Four of iA2011 startups have already received subsequent round of funding
