No, but I placed the DVD for the Navy's DBDBV database (see: http://www.ncddc.noaa.gov/approved_recs/oceanographic/TOWAN/dbdbv.html) and accompanying Java browse tool online at:

http://maps.geography.uc.edu/~cgn/DBDB-Vv6.3.zip
