I hope you are all doing well and enjoying the nice cool weather!
Today marks the first day of school for Boston Public Schools....but we know that for many of our students, they have been back at school for over a week!
Since school has started, that also means that our Sunday School year is starting again. We will continue to meet together in small groups to discuss practical application questions of the Sunday Sermon.
Feed My Starving Children Mobile Pack 10/5, 1:30-3:30 (St, George Orthodox Cathedral, Worcester)
This will be our 4th year participating in this fun, live changing event. Students and Families from our church (as well from the greater communities) come together on this day to work together to package dried food that gets shipped to children across the globe who are in desperate need of care. Last year, we were part of a day that pack enough food to feed 300 kids for a year! It was such an amazing day, check out the picture of our group that is attached to the email!
If you don't know what this is about, check out the website to Feed My Starving Children (below). And after looking through their website you would like to sign up with the Youth and Family Group that is going (about 35 remaining spots), please do so on the excel spreadsheet that is included.

Hello Parents!
I hope that you are all staying dry today!
The youth are starting a new series tomorrow night, and I really excited about it! It is called "Alpha Youth Series", and it helps students (both inside and outside the church) start to think about questions about the meaning of life. The goal is to help the youth see that faith in Christ is the source of our hope and joy. Please be in prayer for this series. There are many students who have grown up in the church, but who haven't really considered what it means to put their hope and faith in Christ. Pray, that this will be a good catalyst and discussion for students!

Now that school has started up again, it means that I get to go and watch students participate in their extra curricular activities. Please let me know if you child has any upcoming games or recitals or anything else that they do...I would love to go support them if I can!
