The Administrative Assistant is a full time position responsible for supporting the Partnership Alliances and Technology Partnerships teams and providing administrative support to the Deputy Director of Partnership Alliances and the Senior Director of Technology Partnerships.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE
The Administrative Assistant is a member of the Partnership Alliances team and also supports Technology Partnerships and reports to the Deputy Director of Partnership Alliances.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DELIVERABLES
* Provide administrative support to the Deputy Director of Partnership Alliances and the Senior Director of Technology Partnerships and to Partnership Alliances and Technology Partnerships team members to include but not limited to faxing, filing, copying, and mail distribution
* Coordinate travel for the Deputy Director of Partnership Alliances and the Senior Director of Technology Partnerships and their respective teams as necessary, including making flight, hotel and car reservations as appropriate
* Provide support for the Deputy Director of Partnership Alliances and the Senior Director of Technology Partnerships by scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and preparing travel and expense reports
* Serve as the point of contact for UNF staff as well as external partners in scheduling meetings
* Ensure excellent customer service by providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders as needed

SELECTION CRITERIA
•College degree highly desirable
•One year of general office management experience
•Advanced experience in Word, Excel, Outlook
•Ability to take initiative; self starter
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Strong customer service skills
•Motivated and outgoing personality is a plus
•Strong planning and organizational skills
•Ability to flexibly manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
•Team player that is interested in being part of a highly functioning, fast-paced group of professionals
•Dependable and consistent
