Greetings,

 

My wife is looking for an admin assistant. It is a flexible but fulltime position in the finance department. Responsibilities include:

 

  • Organizing and improving the current filing system
  • Various ad hoc excel based assignments
  • Maintaining a database of assigned transactions for info management.

 

The person needs good organizational capacity and a good knowledge of excel. A reasonable understanding of accounting and possible exposure to Quick Books would be very helpful.
