Food/Music Festival- Information you need to know!

Hello everyone,   There are a couple of days left until the Food and Music festival (Thursday November 20,2008)! These are some last minute details you should know:   For those of you bringing food: Please drop of your food to the DGA office between the hours of 12pm until the event starts. If your food needs to be refrigerated please let us know so we can put your food in the CLJ cafeteria refrigerator.   Food: Maria Valencia- Chicken Empanadas      Joe Grillo- Backed Ziti or Polpettone and Alcohol (Italy) Pasent- fillo dough spinach filled dish (Egypt) Karolina Lula- Pierogi (Poland) Osato Chitou- Rice Dish/ Lamb Dish (Senegal) Nalanda Roy- Indian Style Chickpeas (need to get her a bowl) (India) Tanu- Samosa (India) Rosetta Dweh- will bring a dish not sure what yet Anita- Russian/ Ukrainian Dumpling and Salad and Canadian Whiskey Ty Chandler- sweet potato pudding (USA) Daniel Lay- Australia/ New Zealand Setsuko- Japanese Entrée Georgios- Greek Food George- Greek Food Pano- Greek Food Jorge- Not sure yet (Latin America) Jackie- Sweets  (USA) Mae- Palestinian Dish (Palestine) Larissa- Apple Pecan Cheesecake (USA)     RSVP: Please remember to RSVP to either myself or Pano. If you RSVP before Thursday your name will be put on the RSVP list and you will pay $10. If you DO NOT RSVP you will have to pay $15 at the door. So remember to RSVP!   Music: If you would like to bring in Music from your country please bring in a CD the day of the event and hand it to the DJ.   Set- Up: Mae/ Larissa/ Tanu- We would like more people to help hang the up the Flags we will be hanging the flags up starting at 12:00pm.   If your flag was not represented last year/ or if you’re not sure we have your flag Please BRING ONE IN.   Exit Committee: EVERYONE WILL HELP   If you have any questions or concerns please let us know.
