Problem with order-k max Voronoi Diagram

Hi all,

   I am studying about voronoi diagram for solving some problems and CGAL could help me to simulate some results. However, I wonder how they can make the order-1 max Voronoi Diagrams, order-2 max, so on. Could you please explain to me how to make simulation results as in the attached files? If possible, please give me the simple codes for that. I really appreciate that. Thank you very much.
