Just wanted to update you that we have rented both # 3 and # 4, #4 has moved in, #3 is moving in today. We have a few applications for #1. 

The Tenant in # 2 Pete Alimonus who we are in the process of evicting has called us this week expressing that he would like to stay now since he sees we are actually taking care of the units and making the place a nice building to live in. We told him he would have to pay his past due rent to avoid the eviction. 

I will let you know when we have someone moving into #1 but the place is showing positive signs of life now from where it was. It just takes a little time since they were in such bad shape. The move in inspection reports will be uploaded to your account.

Vanesa Bowser is moving into unit # 4 on Friday. 

We had to give Pete Alimonos a 30 day notice because the Judge would not let us go through with eviction since the name on the forcible detainer was Paul and that isn't his name. He should be out hopefully by tomorrow at the end of the month. We will be doing an inspection of it on Friday. 

Once he's out we will see what needs to be done in his unit. We're showing the other 2 regularly so hopefully we will have those rented soon as well.
