Hi Folks,

The closing attorney has asked me for the last 4 digits of the social security number of the person whose name is on this loan... to obtain the mortgage payoff.  Could you please send that to me?  

They will also need CGA Investment's Corporate Resolution, stating who has authority to sign at closing.

The closing office is preparing the documents that will be emailed to you as soon as they get the information from the buyer's lender for the statement.  You should have full directions included, but please don't hesitate to call if you have any questions while signing.
