I received this, just wanted to confirm this is in regard to the property before I open it up. Too many scams lately, not feeling comfortable opening something that has no sender info.

This looks like scam.

Even when coming from Dropbox, it says some name at yahoo, that looks like a personal account.

Looks fake to me.

And I don’t recall we ever working with a title company by that name.

Crazy how many scams are going around lately.
