Please look for your Forbearance Agreement in the mail within the next week. Your credit will report as current and active on a forbearance plan and late fees will not accrue. For your records, your monthly billing statement will show the accruing Net Total Amount Due .
Please note: you can make payments of any amount while you are on a forbearance plan. Any payment you make will reduce the amount due at the end of the plan.
We will check in with you throughout the forbearance plan to see how you are doing and to start exploring your options when the plan ends.
