Hope this email finds you well in these difficult times.
I spoke with Kim earlier on a call I received from Infinity HVAC, to make sure it wasn't a SCAM call, fortunately it wasn't.
Before I move on, I always want to acknowledge the fantastic work and support that you and Kim have given us, you guys are simply amazing.

Now, I came to learn that they were instructed to reach out to us for payment on that work.
Earlier this year I was chatting with Kim on how to handle that repair work, and I was under the impression it was taken care of, obviously, increasing our balance with you guys.
It seems that to help reduce the balance we owe you guys, it was opted to have Infinity HVAC reach out to us for payment of that work.
I wanted to sync with you to see if there is something we can work out to address this.
At present I don't have funds to take care of this bill. We've been paying the property mortgage out of or pockets as we want the full collected rent to pay for your services and the balance we owe you guys so that we can get back to normal ASAP.
We have requested forbearance from our Mortgage Servicer to help us during this time.
That being said, considering that we are finally fully rented (thanks to you guys), it would take around 4 to 6 months to repay that balance. (assuming all tenants pay their dues assuming some delays due to COVID19)
* Do you think it is possible to keep the HVAC bill in the balance we owe you?
* Or try to find a solution where we can pay you this bill installments, but have you handle the bill directly with Infinity HVAC?
