Hello 8th Graders,
All of your scores for your projects have been entered in JMC. You can go there to see your scores. Below are some of the most common reasons you may have lost points on your projects.
- Lack of attention to project guidelines/directions and what you need to publish to your blog
- Lack of specific examples from projects that support and clearly answered the EQs
- Not adding links to project videos, slide shows, documents, etc.
- Not adding pictures or making sure that they are free to use and cited
- Not clearly communicating your thoughts and ideas
- Simply not publishing your projects to your blogs
Some of you have missing projects that are really brining down your grade. Get these done and published by sometime during the day June 1st. These may be on your iPads, but you can still get your iPad from Mr. Dahlke. If you publish a missing project, send me an email.
That being said, I was really impressed with a lot of your work all year. You should be proud . Below are some great examples of blogs that you should read. There were some great story extensions to Under A Stand Still Moon. There were so many to choose from. Good luck next year at the high school.
