plugin for phone number fields?

anyone have a plugin that handles creating separate text fields for
the different sections of a phone number?

You may have a specific reason, but I've seen people struggle a little
with multiple phone number fields. Not a major issue but one of those
things that trips up some users.

I would recommend using the masked input plugin for jQuery. It's
pretty awesome!

I use it for phone numbers, dates and it really works well.
