Plugin localeRB messes Umlauts up

Hi,

I integrated the localeRB plugin to localize my app.

Basically it works, but Umlauts are messed up.

In my properties files I have umlauts, but on the website they are outputed in a rather strange format.

Do I have to encode them in the properties files, or is there a way to have them as normal umlauts in the properties files and the output?

Maybe it's related to my system?

I use

Lucee 5.3.8.201

1.8.0_162 (Oracle Corporation) 64bit
