I just pushed version 0.9 of the PluginManager live in the Wheels
Plugin Directory:

From the Change Log:
* Wheels 1.0 support.
* Now shows separate sections for installed plugins vs. available
ones in the Plugin Directory.
* Compares installed version vs. version number in Plugin Directory.
Highlights plugins that have available upgrades.
* Separated out inline styles into <style> block.
This is a reminder to plugin developers out there that you should be
testing your plugins against Wheels 1.0. If they pass your test,
change this.version = "1.0" in your plugins's CFC. (Or set
this.version to a list like "0.9.5,1.0" if it works with multiple
versions of Wheels.) Until you do this, your plugin will show a
warning in the footer saying that it may not be compatible with Wheels
1.0.!!!
(I rarely use exclamation points, so you know it's serious.)
