It’s been 4 days and I’m not getting any real support from the Lucee Google group, so I’m expanding the question out to the net.

 

Please don’t suggest “Lucee Express” or CommandBox, etc. – I need the configuration I have set up so far, as I need to be able to run the sites without case-sensitivity, and I have solid documentation up to this point of failure.  It really does feel like I’m very close to a solution, but after this long banging my head against the wall, I’m out of ideas.
