	Position/ Designation	Process Engineer, CIP  This will include Traveling 15-20days in a month.   Have to Handle Entire Region.
	Purpose of the Job	Support chemical business by conducting trials and deliver value added services to customers. Will need to audit current CIP practices in Dairy industry, recommend better practices and deliver benefits to the customer.
	Experience	2-8 years experience. Should have experience in design / erection / commissioning of chemical / food processing plants or equipments.
	Age	23 - 35 yrs
	Qualification	BTech/ BSc.(Dairy/Food Technologist) or BE(Chemical) Engineer
	Location	KOLKATA / DELHI. [2-different vacancy]
	Reporting To	Manager, CIP Applications
	Interaction Level
	(i) Internal	Regional Business head and executives and the CIP application team
	(ii) External	Quality, Process, Production head and executives and the higher management.

Process analysis Plant design trouble shooting

 

Job Description:

Support business by conducting trial and deliver value added services. 2 to 3 years in Application/Business development of speciality chemicals in food and beverage, Dairy industry. Should inspect plant to review current cleaning performance. Examine the design for clean ability and observe the current cleaning methodologies. Use different process tools to evaluate the cleaning cost and utility consumptions like water, steam, and effluent. To redesign CIP system to deliver optimal performance.
