Adobe CF Summit AV Room Requirements

CF Summit Speakers,

 

We are in the process of building our AV requirements for CF Summit.  Take a look at what we have outlined, so far, and please let me know if you have any needs over and above the list below.

 

Stage / Platform

Podium

Small table for presenters for any accessories (if needed)

Minimum of 1 hardwire internet connection(s), pending # of speakers per session

Large (or appropriately sized) screen or screens in the main session room

-          LCD projector (specs can come later when we know what the speakers are showing)

-          Accommodate VGA and HDMI, RCA cables

-          Accommodate 4:3 and 16:9 ratios

Switcher to accommodate multiple laptops

Confidence monitor (one per room)

2 wireless lavalieres per room

Wireless handheld mic or wireless mic on a stand

Ability to have sound come from laptops

Ability to show videos

Onsite AV tech for each room

NOTE:  Speakers with MAC devices should bring their own cables

 

We are planning to record both General and Breakout sessions, so we will also have a camera with recording equipment in each room. We will also have wireless Internet access for our attendees and we’re working with the venue to make sure the bandwidth will accommodate our group.

Thanks – we just added that to our equipment list.  We’ll most likely have it in the main room, then schedule any sessions that require it to be scheduled there.
