Who should I talk to regarding equipment for conference rooms? As my session is about mobile I will be demonstrating functionality on a mobile device and it would be really useful if there was an Elmo or something available.-Si

Great question … and I’m going to be providing this information to the team later this week.
We are outlining the standard AV and technology elements for both the General Session and breakout rooms this week and will send it out once we have the approval from the Adobe team. Once we have the standard, we’ll have a process where you can request additional items (based on topic/demos/etc.).

I'll second Kevin's suggestion of Airplay, if iOS is an option. Buy the reflector app, and you're all set. It's much better quality than you'll get with any document camera.
