Clean-up Chinatown this Saturday, Sept 6

Hello dear volunteers,   Attached is a copy of our poster for this Saturday's Clean-up Chinatown event.   For this particular event we need TONS of volunteers! If you still haven't confirm your availability with us please do that as soon as possible as we need to finalize our Task Assigning List soon.   We appreciate your participation as this is one of Volunteer Department's biggest annual event, your participation shows your support to Chinese Family Service as well as your support to our Community = Chinatown!   I hope to see you all this Saturday, September 6.   Please reply your availability if you are still not sure about your schedule, you can come join us directly at 10am in Chinatown's Sun Yat Sen Park (Corner of la Gauchetiere and Clark Street/ across Little Fat Lamb's Restaurant). Bring or refer some friends too, we would love extra hands!   Right now, we are still looking for volunteers in 3 categories: 1) 1 Photographer (you don't have to be professional, as long as you can take nice pictures and preferably to have your own equipment) You should be available from 10-2:30. 2) Few Music Instrument performers (i.e. flute, piano, violin etc...) Should be available between11:30-12:45 3) And of course LOTS of cleaning crews, as you know this is more a SYMBOLIC event then cleaning event.
