Tons of articles out this morning on the May ReatyTrac numbers. This from WaPo:

"Some 33 states saw annual increases in homes entering the foreclosure process last month, with New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida posting the biggest gains. "

Some articles are spinning this that the numbers showed a decrease, because they're down from a year ago, while others talk about sharp increases over April's numbers.

Dovetails with HDL; also Jersey was on the list from Bruce D re. states where we're in trouble re. diversion of settlement funds - perfect timing for release to the effect "just when NJ is at the top of the list seeing increases in foreclosure, the Gov wants to kick us while we're down by diverting money blah blah blah"

My suggestion on NJ and AZ is for you to communicate with JoEllen and Jeff today and then see if you can engage them directly.  But JoEllen supervises both and Jeff also is working on HDL, so clear with them before moving.  Both are cc'ed.  bk
