Share classes, useful code

I thought since Mike was kind enough to share his RequestHandler
class, maybe we could post useful classes/code that we could share
with each other. I have added the class that I use the most frequently
to the files section. It contains the 50 states and US territories and
a static method which returns the markup for a dropdown menu.

Anyone interested in something like this? Of course, it should go
without saying, we should respect each other's work and leave the
acknowledgments/credits as they are and perhaps let the person know
that you are using their code.
