other tables?

I'm trying to setup my site to use cfpaypal, and I think I'm getting
close. But there appears to be table definitions missing for
cfpaypal_subscription, cfpaypal_invoice, paypal_notification_data (as
gathered from the DBRecorderPNEventListener.cfc). The only sql file
that comes with the download is for paypal_accounting, and I cannot
even see anywhere where that table is being used. Am I missing
something?
