App Idea: zencoder for ACF/Railo

I have an idea for an application and I haven't really had the time to flesh it out because of time constraints. Basically it would be site like http://zencoder.com built on top of ACF/Railo that would allow you to upload videos and convert them to multiple formats, etc using open sourced tools already available, namely ffmpeg and lame.
