Release of COSP v1.4.1 and move to Github

Dear CFMIP users,

The following announcement was only posted to the COSP users group some time ago, so some of you may have missed it.

The COSP code has been moved to Github (https://github.com/CFMIP), and COSP v1.4.1 has been recently released in this repository. COSP1.4.1 includes changes enabling new MODIS diagnostics requested by CFMIP3/CMIP6, and modelling centres are encouraged to update to COSP 1.4.1 to provide the new diagnostics.
