{CFLHibiscus} Question about AHS ballots

Hello everyone

I am trying to have a count of who has and who has not received their ballot for the AHS election. I don't know you all, but I have not received it yet. Please let me know, there seems to be some kind of problem with the mail and we are trying to figure out what is going on.
