Hibiscus Meeting Sunday April 6th

Hello Everyone,

Just a reminder that the meeting for the month of April will be on Sunday April 6th at 2pm, Leu Gardens. This meeting will be to work on the show stuff and get everything ready. I am sorry but I will not be able to come to that meeting since I had already made plans for that weekend. But I will be there on April 12 for the show! Hope to see you all there!

Hey Greg,

No problem, I will bring the coffee. I wish I could come to the meeting, but unfortunately, I am sick as a dog, and had to cancel all my commitments for this weekend. Sucks!

Here is a list of the people that signed up for bringing food for the lunch at the show:

Beckey/Mike - Tossed Salad
Armand - Rolls
Jane - Watergate Salad
Gary - Macaroni Salad
Donna - Fruit Salad
Terry - Dessert
Burns - Oranges
Victor - White Rice and Beans

If any body else wants to bring something that is not in the list, please let me know ASAP so I can finish planning the menu. If someone doesnt mind printing this list and bringing it to the meeting to see if anybody else wants to sign up for something else, I sure would appreciate it.
