Its a shame that Coldfusion developers are not getting paid as much as
other web developers...

:(

That's why they are getting harder to find.

A quick phone call enabled me to find out where he was, where the
opportunities were, and whether or not they were something i wanted to
be involved with.

And also Rob put his contact details in the post, complete with the
(02) area code and a phone number that doesnt start with 6. So it's
not Canberra.

Yes, shame shame, he didn't ACTUALLY use the word "Sydney" but I
think its being a bit picky don't you?

Cheers

Yeah... seriously picky, I'm in Canberra and am happy to commute to a job in Sydney for the right package. Syd/CBR are melding just like NTL/SYD are :) Let's get with the times :)

Cheers,

RAe

Peter,

Not sure on your experience, but Corey Malone from DiversITi in
Canberra was looking for a Solutions architect with ColdFusion, J2EE
and SQL amongst some other technologies... give him a buzz on 02 6243
6119 if you're interested, let him know I referred you... Rae, you may
be interested in it too actually!

6 month contract with a view to go to 12 from what I remember when he
spoke with me... It's a bit out of my league, but I think you may fit
the bill...

Darth, from memory that role that Rob is referring to was over in
Northern Sydney around Milson's Point (Rob, feel free to correct
me)...

Eliseo :)

I think that some people just like to make things harder than they are and then complain that they cannot find work.  You are right Rae, Sydney is close and I know people that commute. @Peter, you need to be more flexible if you are to find work.

Cheers,
Simon
