Programable CSS

I am very interested in some of the concepts being developed. Here are
a few of them.

Right now there are not CFML tools to handle these functions. Granted
we could ask for them to be thrown into the core library but if we do
that then it is about ColdFusion, Railo or BlueDragon. It seems better
that we to community pick up the task and build some of these tools on
our own.
