lately I've had both an outside wrapper and a container. My outside
wrapper was 100% height to accommodate a footer type element that
couldn't be added into the body tag CSS.
So, container, and I sometimes need a content wrapper. 960 or
Blueprint would make that need moot. I am always a fan of the
designers designing with the grid system in mind.

I'd prefer sidebar names to be numbered because you often need up to 5.

In sidebars we have choosen (and this is a discussion point not a how
it will be done comment) to use names like in ID elements. It seems to
make it easier for people to add sidbar blocks. So we have sidbar and
nested sidebar blocks it ID names. How does that concept (in addition
to being able to name the numbered item) sound?
