This year’s BA Explorer program is open to current freshmen/1st year under-represented minorities of Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino and/or Native American descent interested in Global Markets (Sales and Trading and Equity Research), Investment Banking and Capital Markets, orInformation Technology. Selected participants are invited to attend an in-office career development program in May and August, in addition to an on-going mentor relationship.
Additionally, BA Explorer participants will have the opportunity to participate in an accelerated interview process in August for the Doug Paul Program. The Doug Paul program offers outstanding college sophomores from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds the opportunity to participate in a 9-10 week summer internship program at Credit Suisse in New York City. Students who successfully complete the Doug Paul summer internship program will be eligible to receive a scholarship and may be eligible for a junior year internship program offer.
