Hey CFIG!

This Tuesday from 8-9pm in Hamilton 702 we will be hosting  Tom Hardin, or best known as “Tipper X.” He was the most notorious FBI informant in what the agency deemed “Operation Perfect Hedge” — a Wall Street house-cleaning campaign that matured into the biggest insider trading case of this generation that led to over 80 pleas and convictions in the hedge fund industry.

“I am my own undoing. But there have been many positives to come out of it.” -Tom Hardin. Come and listen more about his life experiences, next Tuesday at 8pm, Hamilton 702. Trust us, he has a lot to say. See you there!

Also, we have started CFIG Market Game through Marketwatch! The winner of the game will receive a $100 gift card, and the game will run until 4/11/17. Please follow the instructions below to join:

Also, CFIG will be partnering with CBS Investment Banking Club in creating a  mentorship program; Columbia Business School's Investment Banking Club is offering a mentorship program for undergraduate students. In this program, students will be paired up with a current second-year investment banking club member who will be going into investment banking and can act as an informal mentor.
