A decision is coming from the Supreme Court on the constitutionality
of The Affordable Care Act. Even if the law stands, health care will
remain a huge drain on the economy. The combination of an aging
population and increasing chronic illness are changing the shape of
our society in dramatic ways. This series of articles in The Atlantic
offers some pretty bold ideas on how to make major changes to the
health care system in the US. I'm recommending this as a discussion
