At long last, the books are back in order. Well, sort of. There is about $800 more in the checking account than QuickBooks can account for. Good news is that that $800 inconsistency happened prior to the start of 2013, so it doesn't affect the tax return I'm filing for us on Monday.

So, I've got the QuickBooks online all set to automatically pull payment details in from PayPal and Wells Fargo, which should make this easier to keep track of going forward.

Next steps:
- I need a letter on CFGALLA letterhead saying I'm the Treasurer so I can get Rick's name off our PayPal account
- I need the list of our membership so I can re-do the invoice list in PayPal to send out invoices. No more QuickBooks invoices, they're all PayPal from now on (or I quit).

Taxes and such all get filed Monday with their considerable late fees. Oh well. We're in the QuickBooks cloud now: this doesn't ever have to happen again.
