Hi All,

SunTrust, my Company, has been partnering with the gay community for some time and most recently SunTrust Private Wealth Management is paying for our lunch at our CLE tomorrow. I have been in talks with Matt Roberts, the Chairman of the SunTrust LGBTA Teammate Network. For the AIDS walk they are planning on auctioning items as a fundraiser.

As I would like to partner with them in the future (possibly at Space Coast pride this year in September), I offered that we could donate an item on behalf of CFGALLA. We came up with the idea of auctioning off concert tickets which I believe would be a reasonable donation and won't break our bank.

I would like to make a motion to purchase two concert tickets, not to exceed $180.00 dollars for their auction and we would be recognized as the donor. Iggy Azalea and Idina Menzel events are coming up so this should work out well.

As an important aside, we are lacking any participation in our AIDS walk team. Matt Tabakman and I will be in attendance. We would love to see each of you there.

This isn't money for the Company. The proceeds are going to the Hope and Help Center.

Motion passes. Just to clarify everyone, these tickets are to be sold at auction that the SunTrust LGBTA Network is holding for the AIDS walk. All proceeds go to the Hope and Help Center.
