Sorry that I can't provide the answer you're looking for but no.  And there's not really any ETA at this point.

You can document consumer interest (this group), but a publisher won't
talk to you? Sounds pretty dicey. If they haven't paid you for the
rights yet, it sounds like they might not.

If you decide that it might be time to explore alternative marketing
for your article, for whatever reasons, I want to get that third
article SOMEWHERE!

I realize a reply to this post might be impolitic at this point, but if
ever you do publish elsewhere, I really want to see it. Please keep us
posted!

It's not a matter of finding a publisher at this point. 

I'll try to get this article out in the next month or so.
